Invest in a portfolio of 20 wind projects in development!

The French group JC Montfort and its subsidiaries, notably Eco Delta, founded in 2002, specialize in the development of renewable energy projects and independent power production. The group operates both in France and internationally, notably in Europe, the United States, and Africa.

Today, they offer you the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of 20 wind projects with a total capacity of nearly 100 MW, located in northern Spain and ready to build by the beginning of 2027.

The goal of this fundraising is to raise a total of 4.8 million euros, with the first tranche set at 2,000,000 euros.

The project

What will your investment fund?

The Portfolio:

This portfolio includes 20 wind turbines grouped by proximity into 7 clusters ranging from 14.5 MW to 30 MW and connected to distribution substations. The chosen development strategy is to group projects of 5 MW into clusters, which accelerates the development timeline.

The following elements will help you understand the maturity of the portfolio:

  • Land: 5 out of 7 clusters secured
  • Grid Connection Agreement: 3 out of 7 clusters, totaling 44.2 MW.
  • Authorization: 3 out of 7 clusters are in a more advanced stage and have entered the administrative process

The projects are located in one of the windiest regions of Spain, benefiting from an area favorable for the exploitation and development of wind projects (excellent wind conditions and low geotechnical risks).

Note that the launch of successive tranches will be subject to the receipt of grid connection agreements and secured land on certain clusters, and will therefore require prior approval from Enerfip.

Green Energy Generator in the World

JC MONTFORT is a group specialized in the field of energy and the environment, with international influence. The teams that make up its subsidiaries intervene at all levels of projects for the implementation of wind and photovoltaic parks: studies, development, coordination, financing, project management assistance and operation.

Promote, Develop, Exploit green energy across the planet while taking into account contemporary environmental issues and building the world of tomorrow: such is the challenge for JC MONTFORT.

Their History

It was in 2002 that Michel Jouven, an engineer in the field of electricity and naturally inclined towards innovation, created the company Eco Delta in the south of France. This SME was at the time one of the first companies to be interested in the development of renewable energies: wind and photovoltaic.

In this family, visionary and reliable shareholding group, innovation, anticipation, sustainability, expertise and reliability are not empty words and retain all their meaning since the creation of Eco Delta, more than 20 years ago.

Today based in Switzerland, the holding company and subsidiaries of JC MONTFORT have acquired an international reputation. The group's activity is indeed dedicated to the development, construction and operation of wind and photovoltaic parks around the world.

Today led by Andrea Jouven, Eco Delta is one of the first independent French players in the field of solar energy. The green electricity production that the installations of which Eco Delta was the origin is equivalent to the electricity consumption of a city of 278,160 inhabitants like Nantes. A pride for this SME which draws its success from its relationship with the actors of the territories on which it operates.

The Management Team

Michel JouvenFounder of the JC MontFort Group, Michel began his career in the energy sector. Education: Supélec Engineer, Master of Science and Economics at Stanford and CPA

Chantal Jouven: Chantal has been overseeing the activities of the entire group for more than a decade.

Independence of Project Validation Actors

In order to respect all the environmental constraints related to the development of a project, the JC MONT-FORT group has surrounded itself with independent bodies concerning the realization of specialized preliminary studies. This mainly concerns the fields of acoustics, the social impact of such projects, wildlife and flora as well as landscapes.
